Join us for an exciting 3 hour chocolate-making class that includes:
- A lecture on how chocolate is made
- Chocolate tastings
- Learning to temper fine chocolate
- Creating delicious cream fillings
- Create your very own fine chocolates
- Assembling your own custom box
Classes offered:
Every day except Wednesday
Time: 6 PM (and 8 AM on Sundays!)
Class size limited to 5-7 people
Cost: $200 Per Person
Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance of the class or deposit is forfeited. Please register via email.
